Antoní

Antoní is an aspiring indie folk artist, who has embarked on crafting her debut album in the city of İstanbul, TR. Her music is rooted in the nature of her home in Thuringia, Germany, where she started out playing concerts in 2017. Until 2020 she performed in clubs and at international festivals around Europe, such as Wonderest Festival (RO) or Tchnienia (Warsaw, PL). She opened concerts for established US-American acts, such as Iron & Wine, Katie Von Schleicher and Erin Costelo.

Her songs are pairing clear acoustic elements with organic electronics; mystic melodies with restless soul-searching lyrics. In a warm and fragile timbre, writing with instruments teased into open tunings, Antoní sings to the listener of her recurring thematic preoccupations: of her quest for wisdom in nature, the strife of the rural-urban divide, of generation conflict, of togetherness and change.
